ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

Support That Makes a Difference

The mission behind The MoHO OT was initially to provide educational resources, as well as access to training and supervision to help students and clinicians unpick the Model of Human Occupation so that they can gain confidence with its translation and implementation into everyday practice.

Since then I have undertaken a Postgraduate Certificate in clinical supervision in order to be able to offer formal, clinical supervision and support to help you maintain your professional standards and code of conduct.

Specialising in the Model of Human Occupation, complex chronic mental health, mental health recovery, non-traditional or tole emerging settings, and working with health professionals transitioning into the NHS from overseas, I can support you in your daily clinical practice as an OT, with your career development, maintaining your professional identity or, preparing for your next job interview.

With a range of options available to make supervision as accessible as possible, I can help you to keep your professional knowledge and skills up to date in line with regulatory standards. Our supervision sessions will enable you to:

Develop your critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills

Develop your skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice

Become adept as a reflective practitioner

Work with and manage a complex caseload

Set goals for your personal and professional development

Identify learning and development resources

Ensure that you maintain continued concordance with professional codes of conduct and are prepared for HCPC audit should you be selected

Maintain records in concordance with the HCPC and the RCOT
